John Price, Principal and Co-founder, was born and educated in London England as an apprentice bookbinder and printer. He served in the British Army in the Royal East Kent regiment (The Buffs). He lived, worked and owned many businesses in UK, South Africa and the USA.

A Licensed practicing Business Broker, he holds a Florida Real Estate License, a Florida Mortgage Brokers License and is a Florida Notary Public.
A member of the Business Brokers of Florida, and a founding member of the Florida Business Brokers Association, John also holds the designation of Certified Business Intermediary. He occasionally serves as a Court appointed property and business appraiser. Owner operator of Business Brokerages in Miami and Orlando.

John has been assisting and advising Buyers and Sellers of small to medium size business operations in the USA for over twenty years. With his knowledge of the area, and lifetime of business experience in not only business mergers and sales John can help you to make the right investment in Florida and your future.
